You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Terms and Conditions for Glacier Country Motel:

1. Cancellation Policy:
   - Guests are entitled to a full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
   - Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to the discretion of the owners.

2. Additional Fees:
   - Guests will be responsible for any additional fees incurred due to loss, damage, and/or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

3. Supervision of Children:
   - The management requests that children be supervised at all times while on the premises for their safety and the comfort of other guests.

4. Property Loss or Damage:
   - Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' property during their stay at Glacier Country Motel.

By proceeding with a reservation at Glacier Country Motel, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

5. Guests agree that the motel shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from their negligence or misconduct during their stay. This includes but is not limited to damages to property, theft, injury to persons, or any other incident occurring on the premises. By booking and/or staying at the motel, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their actions and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the motel, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from their negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to Glacier Country Motel property during their stay. By booking and/or staying at the Glacier Country Motel, guests agree to promptly inform motel management of any damages and to reimburse the motel for the full cost of repair or replacement. This includes damages resulting from negligence, intentional misconduct, or accidental occurrences. Glacier Country Motel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file or seek other means of compensation for damages incurred. Failure to report damages or refusal to pay for damages may result in legal action.
